FEES & FAQ
What are your fees?
Self-funded individuals:
Sessions typically run for 90 minutes and cost £90.00, (£60 per hour).
Whilst I am working towards senior coach accreditation, I am offering this reduced rate of £60 per hour until the end of July 2026.

We normally work together for around 6 sessions. The first two may be fortnightly while we
build rapport. The following four sessions are likely to be monthly, so you get to experiment in between. We can work together to decide how many sessions you may want.

Corporate-funded individuals and organisations:
I can provide costs following our initial consultation, depending upon your requirements.

Will we be a good fit?
The most important aspect of choosing a coach, is the sense of fit, where you feel at ease working with me, and I feel confident I’m the right person to support you with the approach and skills you need. To take the next step, book a free call so we can talk more about how I work and what you are looking for.

Is coaching like therapy?
Coaching works well when you feel grounded and resourced, with enough energy to focus on creating change. We may reflect on the past to understand how it’s influencing the present and to help shape new choices for the future.
Therapy is more appropriate when you’re feeling overwhelmed or struggling in your day-to-day life.
If, during an initial call, it becomes clear that therapy would better support your needs, I’ll let you know and can refer you to experienced therapist colleagues if that feels helpful. (I'm not currently available for therapy sessions.)
