Coaching with me

Sometimes the most powerful shifts begin with a thoughtful conversation.

People often seek coaching when they sense something in their life or work is ready to change, but the path forward is not yet clear. Coaching offers a space to hear yourself think. From that space, new insight and possibilities can begin to emerge.

In my own experience, any journey from A to B is rarely a straight line. The most interesting work often happens in the messy middle, when we’re willing to sit with uncertainty and resist the urge to get it all figured out.
We have to trust the process and allow new ideas and possibilities to reveal themselves in their own time.

This is the kind of work I love, working creatively with the process. Often, the most meaningful insights come when we least expect them! I use transactional analysis as a framework to listen deeply.

What isn’t being said?
What patterns are emerging here?
What beliefs might be limiting your choices?

For me, coaching is fundamentally relational. We are on this journey together. Coaching is not about me giving advice or telling you what to do.

You are creative, resourceful, and already have the answers.

just take the first step."

My background

My coaching practice is grounded in 35 years of diverse, creative work.

Since the early 90s, my career has spanned commercial design, product management, psychotherapy, community arts, and art education.

After 13 years in branded sportswear, I shifted from product design to working creatively with people, keen to reignite my creativity and find deeper meaning in my work. I happily found my way into community arts and arts-in-health, delivering art-based workshops in mental health, education, hospitals, and business settings.

During this time, I also completed a four-year psychotherapy training in Transactional Analysis, a reflective and growthful journey that led me to work one-to-one with clients for 15 years while raising my family.

I loved being creative with my own young children - they had chubby crayons in their hands before they could crawl or talk! When they started primary school, I became aware of the lack of art provision in schools and often, in homes too. In response to this, I founded The Imagination Box in 2016, where I create affordable printable art resources to help teachers and caregivers bring creativity into children’s lives. To date, these resources have been downloaded more than 250,000 times, supporting kids of all backgrounds and abilities in classrooms across the world.

My career journey has shaped the way I work today. I coach to ignite creative thinking and deep reflection.

Sometimes we simply need the space to hear ourselves think.
